To opt out, the Party wishing to terminate the Agreement must select "UNSUBSCRIBE" on email or type "STOP" to text.
WIRE FRAUD ADVISORY: Wire fraud is on the rise, and you must be aware real estate transactions are being targeted. Emails attempting to induce fraudulent wire transfers have been received in our industry and appear to be legitimate. Reports indicate that some hackers have been able to intercept emailed wire transfer instructions, obtain account information, and, by altering some of the dates, redirect the funds to a different account. It also appears that some hackers were able to provide false phone numbers for verifying wiring instructions. Please obtain the title company phone numbers at the front of a transaction (if applicable), and do not ever wire funds prior to calling your escrow officer or property manager directly. Do not email personal data, rather call the company directly.
